Conference theme

Join us on 17-19 March 2020 in Boise for technical sessions and field trips organized by the Great Basin Chapter for Society for Ecological Restoration, and for partner meetings organized by the Great Basin Consortium. The theme is “Restoration at the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI).” There will also be sessions on other efforts and new products in the region. The Great Basin is home to some of the fastest growing urban areas in the country, and there are both pressing restoration needs and innovative approaches underway in the WUI.  Invited and contributed talks will be from 1) university researchers, 2) federal, state, and NGO managers and scientists, 3) industry, and 4) city municipalities
